Well, happy new year. It’s Epiphany today so basically the Christmas Season is at a close. I don’t have much to say today, just wanted to post something to keep things going on this blog.

a monk of the world

What is "a monk of the world"? Monks often identify themselves as "a monk of the abbey of..." when writing, etc. I'm not a "monk" like that. I am a Christian drawn deeply by and into monastic spirituality. I believe I am called, if you will, to live as a monk in the abbey of the world. This is where I am at this point in my life. This is my little place to share thoughts I have from my "monastery." Welcome.
